PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

 

• NO DEPOSIT NO ORDER.

 

• Please confirm before sending a deposit which is 50%. This payment is mandatory if you’ve order through social media or a consultation and not our website. 

• If a clients orders more than 5 arrangements a contract will have to be signed same day as the consultation and the deposit is made.

 

• Extra fee’s apply’s to any client who wants to make last min changes which will require extra time. This could possibly mean that the client might not receive arrangements on time.

DISCLAIMERS & POLICIES

• 50% of the Deposit is Due upon request after consultation.

• Client will receive a photo or video of arrangement for an approval before arrangement is delivered. The remainder of the deposit is due before delivery.

• Roses come in all different sizes and there are over 150 different types. 818 Floral Boutique Bar works with Garden, Freedom and Spray Roses.

• No Arrangement is Exactly the same because every piece of a flower is unique.

• 818 Floral Boutique Bar Purchases FRESH flowers Directly from four specific Wholesalers in the Houston, Texas area. We do not use flowers from local flower shops or grocery stores to make any arrangements.

• We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

• In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

• Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

FRESH FLOWER CARE & HANDLING

 

FRESH FLOWERS: These are fresh cut flowers and are perishable. Please follow care instructions in "Care & Handling" for "818 FLORAL BOUTIQUE BAR in Signature Boxes" in the 818 FLORAL BOUTIQUE BAR website.

Please note that if no variations from the list are chosen, you will get the arrangement featured unless substitution may need to be made based on season, availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. By making a purchase on this website, Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. Necessary substitutions will be at the designer’s discretion.

 

CARING FOR 818 FLORAL BOUTIQUE BAR FLOWERS IN SIGNATURE BOXES

 

• Place your arrangement indoors, away from any direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents. 
   

• Please don’t place them directly under ceiling fans, on top of televisions or radiators. 
   

• Keep the arrangement in a cool spot (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit).
   

• 818 FLORAL BOUTIQUE BAR Signature Boxes: Add a cup of water (tea cup) every other day from the middle into the base of the box.
   

CARING FOR BOUQUETS & ARRANGEMENTS IN VASES

• Check the water level every day and change the water every other day. 
   

• Re-cut the stems by removing one inch with a sharp knife at a 45 -degree angle then place back into the water filled vase.
   

• Flowers are very delicate in nature and need to be taken care of after being presented to you. 
   

• They no longer live in soil where they belong and their new home is with you for some time.
